The proposal for the reuse of Mira Lanza was developed to encourage social inclusion and provide environmental improvement in the area.

As one of the biggest issues that Rome is facing is overflowing garbage on the streets, our proposal was to reuse the existing buildings to gather the waste from the residential buildings near the site to recycle, reuse, produce, and sell the items created from them.

Additionally, we designed the empty land to be re-used to provide an agricultural space, including a collective vegetable garden from which the residents near the area can use and benefit.
